      I was trained by Michael O'Doherty, co-founder of 'Plexus Bio-Energy.' Michael's bio-energy course was a natural progression for me. My interest in holistic medicine started at an early age and having been aware of peoples' energy and having the inborn ability to pick up on a person's energy easily, I knew this was the direction for me. I love what I do, and I am passionate about the work I do with bio-energy. I simply scan a client's energy field, within and around the body with my hands, release energy blockages, thus allowing the body to self-heal.

      Clients come away from my clinic feeling happier and healthier, with a renewed optimism and zest for life. They also leave with techniques to keep their energy flowing and basic steps to help maintain their physical, mental and emotional health.
