My name is Miriam Lynch and I’m a Plexus Bio-Energy Therapist. I hold a European Diploma in Bio-Energy Therapy from the European Institute of Bio-Energy as well as a Science Degree from University College, Galway. I trained as a Bio-Energy Therapist under Michael O’Doherty and Tom Griffin. Bio-Energy Therapy is a wonderful healing therapy where I as a therapist work with the energy field (which has been scientifically proven to exist) within and around the human body. When we are unwell or sick, it means that there’s a blockage somewhere in the body’s energy field. Using a series of unique hand movements over the body I work to release those blockages and get the life-force energy to flow freely again enabling the body to heal itself. A Bio-Energy treatment is carried out in 30 minute sessions over four consecutive days, in a private and relaxed environment using a background of specially chosen music. During a treatment many patients feel different sensations - heat, tingling, coolness or a pulling sensation and the patient remains fully clothed throughout but will need to remove their shoes.
